wyndham $20 million dollar lawsuit

Went to Nashville in Dec 2018 and wasted 12 hours. I dont go on vacations that often. The Wyndham appeal to rescind was declined because it was past the 10 day rescindence period, even though I was stalled for 5 weeks. I owned Worldmark for over 20 plus years and paid it off Wyndham bought them out and then they made us go to an owner update at the PRESENTATION they lied to us and had us sign up for the program travel share and a credit card stating we would NEVER pay maintenance fees. I would like to join this class action law suit. We live next to one of the resorts and were told we could the amenities, not true; we were told the maintenance fees would never go up, not true. I placed a complaint with Wyndham after being pushed to attend an owner information session at a particular resort. Add me please at least three of the accusations made apply to me. I called to get it refunded back since technically we no longer owned it but their response was basically that someone had to pay it and they were not refunding it. They kept us for HOURS (not 90 minutes). My brother paid less in his vacation rental than I paid in maintenance fees for the year for the same vacation and he wasnt pressured every morning of the vacation like I have been so far with this company as an owner. I was advised at a Wyndham meeting that unless I bought more points I would be banned from using this resort. The high pressure to buy more and more and more points is exhausting. We havent paid one penny to them. Oh we have those options too where you can rent resorts as big as a house for all of us to stay at. But she continued to drill us and make us feel stupid for not buying into more points to finalize our points and this was continuing out the door to our $100 gift card we received she just kept going.
